What is Somatic Therapy?


Somatic therapy is body-centered healing, designed to bring you physical, mental, and emotional freedom, and create deep and lasting fulfillment in your life and in your relationships.

My somatic approach works by helping you access vibrant, non-ordinary states of consciousness, then teaching your conscious mind how to understand the unconscious wisdom and intelligence being expressed by your body. Once this body information becomes conscious, it’s much easier to change the habits and patterns that are no longer serving you.

I prioritize safety, especially regarding boundaries and emotional regulation.
